FAQ's

  • Can I print the e-gift card out to redeem in stores? Is there an e-voucher options?
    • No - this is a fully digital eGift Card. These eGift Cards are compatible with and can only be used once configured to your mobile phone wallet. A print out of the eGift card will not be accepted by retailers. Your eGift Card cannot be redeemed at the vending machine. Your eGift Card value cannot be transferred to a physical card.
    • If you or your recipient would prefer a physical card, please make your purchase at Sevenoaks in-mall Gift Card Vending Machine located by the community booth.
  • What payment methods are accepted? 
    • You can purchase online gift cards using American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. We are unable to accept debit, international credit cards, cash or cheques.
  • How much can I load on a gift card?
    • Sevenoaks gift cards can be loaded with amounts ranging from $5 - $500 a card
  • Is there a min or max amount that can be purchased at one time? 
    • You can purchase $1,500 worth of online gift cards at one time.

  • Do all Sevenoaks retailers accept Sevenoaks e-Gift cards? 
    • Most retailers do accept Sevenoaks e-Gift Cards except the following:

  • How do I use a Sevenoaks e-Gift card?
    • You can use your Sevenoaks e-Gift card the same way you use any mobile-wallet compatible payment card.
      • Open your mobile wallet app
      • Complete any passcode/face ID security checks
      • Hold phone on top of contactless reader until a checkmark appears
      • Please note: Sevenoaks e-Gift Cards are not compatible with Samsung wallet at this time.
  • How do I check the balance of an e-Gift card?
    • To check your card balance, open the "Get My eCard" app and navigate to the card in question. If you have multiple eGift Cards in your Apple wallet and "Get My eCard" app, ensure that the last four digits on the card, visible on the bottom left-hand side of the image of the card, match the digits on the card in the "Get My eCard" app.
    • You can also obtain your balance by visiting getmybalance.com or calling 1.800.755.0085.
    • Once you are on the getmybalance.com website, enter the 16-digit number and the 6-digit SC number, available in the "Get My eCard" app.
    • Balance and transaction history are only available via the "Get My eCard" app and are not available in your Apple wallet.
  • How do I find the 16-digit e-Gift card number on my card? 
    • Should you require it, the 16-digit eGift Card number and 6-digit Security Code can be found in the "Get My eCard" app. Simply click on the image of the gift card. Both the 16-digit eGift Card number and the 6-digit Security Code will be displayed within a few seconds.
  • My recipient didn't receive their Sevenoaks e-Gift card
    • Not to worry! Please instruct your recipient to check their Junk mail or Promotions mailbox (Gmail). If they have not received an e-mail after 24 hours, please contact sevenoaks@morguard.com to double-check the e-mail address used and/or resend the order confirmation.
  • Do I need to have a mobile device to use a Sevenoaks e-Giftcard? 
    • Yes, Sevenoaks eGift Cards are compatible with Apple and Android mobile wallets. Your mobile device will be required to make purchases with participating retailers. 
    • Please see “How do I use a Sevenoaks e-Gift Card for instructions on using your digital card.
    • You do not need a mobile device to purchase a Sevenoaks Centre e-Gift Card.

As of November 15, 2022 all Sevenoaks Shopping Centre Gift Cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any other government deposit issuer or agency. Gift cards do not expire or decrease in value. The card is subject to terms and conditions stated in the Card Holder Agreement here.

For Cardholder Agreement, Card Activation Date, or Customer Service, visit getmybalance.com or call 1.800.755.0085. Please be aware that Sevenoaks Shopping  Centre only sells online gift cards through our site here. We do not partner with third-party gift card sellers or sell gift cards on other websites. Due to gift card regulatory requirements, we are unable to fulfil online gift card orders purchased with international credit cards.
