We are Happy to support many initiatives in our community.
We provide a Community Booth to give Non- Profit organizations of the Fraser Valley an opportunity to reach over 115,000 weekly customers. The kiosk is located near Parisotto’s Your Independent Grocer and can be used to raise awareness, distribute information or sell raffle tickets. No solicitation is permitted.
The Community Booth is reserved for non-profit groups that must have a registered charity number as well as appropriate liability insurance. Please download the application form below for more details.

Requests are considered on a first come, first serve basis, to a maximum of four user groups per month. All requests must be received at least four weeks in advance of your requested dates to be considered.
In order to help as many charitable projects as possible, the maximum booking is for one week bi-yearly. Bookings must be taken in consecutive days, and cannot be separated into individual days (i.e. spread out over several weekends).

We proudly contribute to a number of associations, events and scholarships.
Due to the rising number of requests, Sevenoaks Shopping Centre has implemented a standardized process requiring detailed information to help us make the best possible decision pertaining to all requests.
Each properly completed submission is evaluated against Sevenoaks Shopping Centre’s criteria, total funds available and its overall compatibility to our objectives. Thank you for considering Sevenoaks Shopping Centre as a potential supporter.
Preference is given to organizations that:
- Make a significant contribution to the well-being and vitality of the communities serving: Fraser Valley (including Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, Aldergrove and Hope).
- Are registered charitable organizations demonstrating community support and involvement.
- Organizations that directly support schools and education.
- Have measurable impacts and achievements.
The following are not eligible for support:
- Advertising opportunities in brochures.
- Programs and magazines.
- Fraternal organizations.
- Commercial solicitors or third parties (professional fund raisers) raising funds for charity (as opposed to co-funders).
- Capital campaigns and acquisition funding.
- Telephone requests.
- Organizations, projects and other activities outside or originating outside of British Columbia.
- Reducing debts or past operating ventures.
- Travel for individuals or a group.
To be considered, please send a letter, on official letterhead, describing your organization and event to Sevenoaks Shopping Centre. All requests must be received at least six weeks in advance of your event to be considered. Organizations receiving support will be notified and asked to pick-up the donation from Sevenoaks Shopping Centre.
Sevenoaks Shopping Centre appreciates post-event assessment from organizations that receive donations.

The Marketing Department is located on the upper mezzanine level of the Shopping Centre in Suite 201.
Throughout the year Sevenoaks supports various community initiatives. Here are some of the great partnerships we have developed.
We are proud to host a Kid’s Carnival each summer in support of Matthew’s House as well our Trees of Hope program each holiday season. To date we have raised over $40,000 for Matthew’s House. View events.
About Matthew’s House
Matthew’s House supports families by providing individualized respite care in a homelike environment for children who live with complex care needs. Respite care gives parents a much needed break to rest and rejuvenate.
Since 2010, we have presented the Lego Creative Challenge in support of Canuck Place. To date we have raised over $49,000.
About Canuck Place
Canuck Place Children’s Hospice is British Columbia’s pediatric palliative care provider. Over 600 newborns, children and teens with life-threatening illnesses and their families receive care from CPCH through outreach programs and two provincial hospice locations: Vancouver and Abbotsford. Services include medical respite and family support, pain and symptom management, 24-hour phone consultation support and in-house clinical care, art and education, recreation therapy, grief and loss counselling and end-of-life care. Through the investment of the community, our talented team, and over 325 energetic volunteers we make a lasting difference in the lives of children and the families who love them.
Our partnership with Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation has led to various events, such as BBQ’s and Bubbly Breakfast and Fashion Show. We have raised $40,500 to date.
About Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation
Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation’s primary purpose is to raise funds and awareness to further the improvement of health care in the facilities and programs operated, funded or endorsed by the Fraser Health Authority within the Fraser Valley Regional Hospital District through providing the best medical equipment, programs and facilities, to better serve the communities of Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Hope, Agassiz and Harrison Hot Springs.
Mall Scavenger Hunts
Interested in having a scavenger hunt event at Sevenoaks Shopping Centre? To help ensure you have an enjoyable day, we ask that you read and adhere to the following rules:
1. Check in at Customer Service with your completed and SIGNED Indemnity Agreement.
2. There is NO photography permitted in the shopping centre. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Do not enter stores and involve staff in your scavenger hunt.
4. All groups must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Do not run in the shopping centre. Your safety and the safety of our guests is our main concern.
6. Please do not enter the mezzanine level (2). All answers can be found from the ground level.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate termination of your scavenger hunt event.
All groups must complete a Scavenger Hunt Indemnity Agreement.
